Mobile Billing
This guide will explain how mobile billing works and how to cancel a subscription.
You can purchase a subscription to Skritter through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Skritter uses recurring billing which you may cancel at any time. If you wish to cancel a recurring subscription, please do so within 24 hours of the subscription renewing to avoid being over-billed.
Accounts that are no longer on an active subscription can still access previously reviewed content and all free content where applicable. However, you will lose access to the premium features listed here:
You will no longer be able to...
- Study and manage new decks
- Learn/review new cards
- Create new custom decks
- Edit custom mnemonics, definitions, and sentences
To cancel your subscription or auto-renewal, follow the instructions below.
App Store
Manage your subscription via the app store
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap on your profile picture in the top right
- Select Subscriptions
- Locate your subscription and turn off auto-renewal
Google Play Store
- Open Google Play Store
- Open the sidebar menu
- Select Subscriptions
- Locate your subscription and adjust accordingly
