How to Fix a Black Writing Canvas

Some devices which are older or running an older version of Android OS may run into an issue where the writing canvas doesn't respond and is completely black. 

You can fix this by enabling the "Basic Writing" option using the steps listed below:

2. Writing Canvas Settings
3. Graphics Quality
4. Select Low
