Editing Definitions and Mnemonics for Personal Use

Learn about editing definitions and mnemonics for your personal study sessions

If you want to edit the definition or mnemonic for a word (either inside of a custom or public deck) just tap on the pencil button in the bottom right of the info screen. If you want to add some basic formatting to the text, use either an asterisk (*) or underscore (_) around the words you want *bolded*, or _italicized_. These custom definitions will not show up to the public. They exist on your account only.
