Learn how to download Skritter logs.

How to Download Skritter

1. Open the app and tap the hamburger icon in the left-hand corner of the app.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap User at the bottom of the screen.
4. Scroll down until you see Device logs.

   

5. Tap on Device logs and tap the download arrow at the top right-hand corner of the app.

   

6. Save the logs to your phone or attach it to an email.
7. Send us the logs so that we can look at them.
