Manage Members

This guide will teach how to  manage members of your classroom. This page can be used to do the following:

  • Apply Activation Code
  • Reset Password
  • Add to New Classroom
  • Edit Member Label(s)
  • Make member an Admin
  • Remove from Classroom


Apply an Activation Code

Apply an Activation Code to any account in your classroom (including yours)!

  1. Select member(s)
  2. Type in your activation code on the top of the page
  3. Select Apply Activation Code

Note: Activation codes should be all caps (ex. EXAMPLE2021) and will provide Premium access to each individual account in your classroom. 


Reset Password

Set a new 4-digit password for members with a single click.

  1. Select member(s)
  2. Select Reset Password at the top of the page
  3. Send the 4-digit password to the member(s)

Add to Other Classroom

Quickly add members to another classroom you manage:

  1. Select member(s)
  2. Select Add to Other Classroom at the top of the page
  3. (Optional) Remove the member(s) from the classroom with the "X" in the Remove column

We recommend making a new classroom every semester or academic year to keep things organized for you and your students!


Classroom Admin

Classroom Admins have access to all classroom features and pages.

  1. Select member(s)
  2. Select "YES" or "NO" on the Admin column

Remove from Classroom

Remove members from your classroom. Note, this will not remove previously assigned assignments from the member's account.

  1. Select member(s)
  2. Select "X" to remove
